Access Bars™ for Kids and Parents – to reduce stress and upsets
THIS IS AN INTRO TO THE ACCESS BARS- IT IS A 1 HOUR CLASS
What is the “Bars”? The Bars is a gentle, hands-on body process run on the head that can create ease and peace and a sense of wellbeing similar to a massage or meditation, except so much more.
*It doesn’t take much to totally transform your child’s experiences with stress, school, peers, family and daily routines
*Parents are using the Bars to assist their children in having more fun and ease,
*Less stress and heartache at home, in school and out in the community.
The Bars have helped kids around the world to worry less about school, get better grades, calm mind chatter, create a sense of space and ease and generally improve well being. They are also extremely effective when dealing with OCD, ADD and ADHD.
Benefits/ Take-Aways of the Workshop:
After having their Bars run, so many children are so much happier and feel so much better and do so much better in school and at home. They tend to sleep better, get along with peers better, get in less trouble, have more play dates, have fewer tantrums and outbursts and when they do, the outbursts don’t last nearly as long! Times that used to be difficult … mornings, evenings, homework, chores … typically lose their charge and are much easier to maneuver. In fact, many of them ask their parents to run their bars … “Mommy, will you do that thing on my head?”
Join us for an introduction to the Bars! Each parent may bring one child, as you will be learning how to run each other’s Bars.
