About the venue –

‘Healing in the hills’ is being organized at Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Madhuban, Talla Ramgarh, District- Nainital, Uttarakhand. Madhuban is situated at a height of 5000 ft above a picturesque village in the Kumaon range of the Himalayas. The entire valley of Talla Ramgarh is a fruit bowl with pears, plums, peaches, and apricot orchards. Madhuban Sri Aurobindo Ashram is an extension of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi Branch. Madhuban today is a calm environment for spiritual retreats, writers and artists residences, vedic chanting, nature treks, and a wholesome experience of living in a community set up where all work is done in the spirit of an offering to the Divine.

It is a space that beckons each one of us to pause and to connect to one’s inner ecology amidst the abundance of flora and fauna that is in rhythm with seasonal changes.

The Mother called this valley,”Sri Aurobindo’s foothold in the Himalayas”. Nature has the power to spread balm on our aching minds and hurting souls. In the lap of Mother Nature, we feel restored, healed, and rejuvenated which already makes our retreat venue a special one. Ramgarh was also one of the favourite places of poet Rabindranath Tagore, who penned some of his compositions in this hill town.

About the workshops

This spiritual festival, ‘Healing in the Hills,’ is in collaboration with masters and healers who will be offering explicit workshops on some modern magic healing tools like; EFT, Tarot reading, and Transgenerational healing.

The emotional wellness workshop using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Sunny Etimaal and Meetu Sehgal (April 21-22, 2022)

Transgenerational Healing by Hitesh and Shubhangi VashishthaEFT is a set of tapping exercises aimed to release stress and blockages from a person’s mind and body. The tappings are done on the body’s energy meridian points, mainly on the head and face, to restore the flow of energy in them. The technique is helpful for people suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, and weight loss issues. The results are quick, and the therapy, easy to learn.

Developed by Gary Craig, this is an easily mastered technique that can be performed virtually anywhere. This treatment sprang from the idea that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. In this workshop delegates will get a hands-on experience of applying EFT.

Transgenerational Healing with Hitesh Vashishtha and Shubhangi Vashishtha (April 25-26 2022)

Healing with the Akashic Records by Karishma Manchanda If there is a pattern of one or more dysfunctions in your family—such as painful relationships, early deaths, curses, repetitive miscarriages and abortions, suicides or murders, or severe illnesses it could be coming from blocked energy in your family tree. Through family constellation work, the hidden entanglements are corrected and the natural flow of love from our previous generations is restored in your life.

During the workshop, there will be five to seven constellations which will be picked intuitively by the facilitators, which will be followed by group processes, individual processes, and guided meditations and visualizations to heal generational patterns.

About the facilitator:

Hitesh and Shubhangi are a seasoned and sought-after couple in the field of mind-body-energy work. They are trained in many alternative healing modalities like past life regression, inner child work, life between lives regression, family constellation, ancestral healing, and rebirthing breathwork, to name a few. With more than 100 workshops under their belt, they have worked together with more than 20,000 people, helping them find balance in their lives.
